What we text
Zippit, operated by Zippit Casa, Inc., sends text messages to the mobile number on your Zippit account:
- one-time verification codes when you sign up or sign in;
- updates about your bookings - for example when a pro accepts, is on the way, arrives, starts and finishes, when no pro is available, and when a booking is cancelled; and
- for pros: new job offers and decisions on your application.
We don’t send marketing or promotional texts.
How you sign up
You opt in by adding your mobile number to your Zippit account and verifying it with the code we text you. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop booking and message texts; we’ll confirm by text and send no more. Reply START to turn them back on. Verification codes you ask for when signing in are sent separately and still arrive after you reply STOP. Reply HELP for help, or email team@zippit.casa.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
