    See the cap before you pay

    Every service has a single fixed platform price set by Zippit. You see it before you book. If scope grows mid-job, the pro must upload a written reason + photo proof, and you approve before anything extra is charged.

    Track live on a map

    Provider location appears once they're en route. A clear stepper shows when they arrive, start, and finish. Chat in-app if anything changes.

    Pay once they're done

    The job must be marked complete before your card is charged. Zero pre-pay anxiety — the pro's payment depends on the job being finished right.

    Review within 24 hours

    Leave a rating + photos — it feeds into the pro's TradeRank tier. Something off? Open a dispute and a human resolves it.
